CANVAS
Easy, everyday, made to move with you.
Our CANVAS pieces are crafted from 100% cotton canvas with a water-repellent finish, paired with leather details for structure and contrast. The canvas is garment-dyed using a special wash, which may create subtle variations between batches, part of what makes each piece feel unique.
The leather trims are made from our MAT leather: a natural dry-milled leather, soft to the touch with a slightly matte finish.

Over time, the surface may develop gentle crinkling. It’s part of how this leather lives, not a flaw.

Classic Leather
Our signature leather. Smooth, supple, and made to evolve with you, the CLASSIC is a corrected-grain cowhide that develops a natural patina over time. It may show light marks and fade along the way. That’s part of its story.
Care
A little care goes a long way.
Nourish
Use our Wax & Oil product or the Crème Délicate with a soft cloth to keep the leather soft and even, and smooth out light marks. If the leather starts to look lighter or slightly whitish, it’s simply time to nourish it. This helps bring back depth and revive the colour.
If you wear your bag every day, a little care every 2–3 months will keep it looking its best. For occasional use, once or twice a year is enough.
Protect
Apply our Waterproof Spray to help prevent stains and reduce colour transfer, especially on lighter shades.It creates an invisible barrier that helps protect your bag from water and everyday marks.
Always spray from a distance for an even application. Use before first wear, and again after nourishing the leather.
If you use your bag daily, we recommend protecting it every 3–4 months. For occasional use, once or twice a year is enough.
Clean
Clean when needed, or as soon as a mark appears.
For a gentle refresh, water marks or dirt stains, use the Avel Regenerating Leather Soap. Apply with the included sponge in light circular motions, wipe off with a soft cloth, and let it dry naturally, no heat, no rush. Always clean a full panel at once to avoid marks or uneven finish, and test on a discreet area first.
For grease or ink stains, apply Terre de Sommières as soon as possible, leave for a few hours or overnight, then dust off and clean the full panel with the Avel Regenerating Leather Soap.
Keep in mind
Leather likes a gentle rhythm.
- Friction can leave light marks, for example from nails. Regular care helps even them out.
- Sunlight and heat may affect the colour over time, so store your bag in its dust bag when not in use.
